- Account data — name, email, password hash, country, language.
- Health and lifestyle data — answers to the AI interview, goals, symptoms, medical history you choose to share, and blood biomarker results returned by our lab partners.
- Voice data — audio of your interview with our AI agent, and transcripts generated from it.
- Payment data — processed by our payment provider; we store only the last four digits, card brand and billing country.
- Device and usage data — IP address, browser, OS, pages viewed, referrer, events, cookies.
2. How we use your information
- Deliver the Services: run the AI interview, build your panel, order draws, display results, track biomarkers over time.
- Connect you with lab and telemedicine partners that perform the draws and consultations.
- Provide support, communicate with you about your account and send service emails.
- Improve the product: debug, measure performance, develop new features.
- Comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms.
We do not sell your personal data, and we do not use your health data to train third-party AI models.
3. How we share information
We share data only as needed to provide the Services, with the following categories of recipients:
- Lab partners — to schedule draws and return results.
- Telemedicine partners — if you book a consultation.
- Technology providers — hosting (AWS), voice AI (ElevenLabs), analytics and advertising measurement (Google, Meta), email and customer support tools. These providers act under written contracts limiting their use of data to our instructions.
- Authorities — where required by law, court order or to protect rights and safety.
- Corporate transactions — in connection with a merger, acquisition or financing, subject to confidentiality.
4. Cookies and analytics
We use strictly necessary cookies to operate the Services and, with your consent where required, analytics and marketing cookies (for example Google Analytics and Meta Pixel) to understand usage and measure campaigns. You can manage cookies in your browser and in our cookie banner.

Health data is retained while your account is active and for a reasonable period afterwards so you can access historical results; you can request earlier deletion at any time.

We use encryption in transit (TLS), encryption at rest for sensitive fields, access controls, audit logs and regular reviews. No system is perfectly secure; please use a strong unique password and keep it private.
7. International transfers
Pulsevia operates from the United States. If you access the Services from outside the US, your data will be transferred to and processed in the US. Where we receive personal data from the European Economic Area, United Kingdom or Switzerland, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses.
