Pulsevia uses artificial intelligence to help you get faster, more personalised wellness insights. This page explains what our AI does, what it does not do, what data it uses and how we keep it under control.

The short version: Our AI helps select which biomarkers make sense for you and explains what your results mean in plain language. It is not a doctor, it does not diagnose or treat illness, and it can make mistakes. Important decisions should always be made with a licensed healthcare professional.

To run the interview and panel selection, the AI receives the information you provide during the conversation, your stated goals and, once available, your biomarker results. Your data is processed under the protections described in our Privacy Policy.

We do not use your personal health data to train third-party foundation models. Our providers are bound by contracts that prohibit using your inputs or outputs for their own model training.
