• Subscription Activation: Subscriptions begin after the activation of your Pulsevia device and the completion of the initial free trial (if applicable).
• Recurring Payments: By purchasing a subscription, you authorize Pulsevia to automatically charge your selected payment method on a recurring basis (e.g., monthly or annually).
• Cancellation Policy: You may cancel your subscription anytime via your account dashboard or by contacting support. If you cancel mid-billing cycle, your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period, after which no further charges will be made.
• Refunds: Refunds for subscriptions are not provided once the billing period begins, except where required by law.

3. Free Trial and Promotions

• Free Trial: Eligible new users may receive a free trial subscription, as specified at the time of purchase. Trials may vary by region or promotion.
• Promotional Offers: Offers are valid for a limited time and cannot be combined with other discounts unless explicitly stated. Pulsevia reserves the right to modify or cancel promotions at any time.

• Responsibility: You are responsible for maintaining the device in good working condition and replacing it if necessary to continue using our services.

• Connectivity: Pulsevia devices come equipped with built-in cellular connectivity, which is included as part of your subscription. Connectivity is reliant on carrier networks and may vary by location.
• Data Sharing: By using the device, you consent to the collection and analysis of health data as described in our Privacy Policy.

6. Limitation of Use

• Non-Medical Advice: Pulsevia’s devices and services are intended to provide health monitoring insights and alerts. They do not constitute medical advice, diagnoses, or treatment. Always consult a licensed healthcare professional for medical concerns.
• User Responsibility: You are solely responsible for responding to alerts and using the device as intended.

7. Returns and Refund Policy

• Device Returns: Pulsevia offers a 30-day no-questions-asked return policy for devices, provided they are returned in original condition with all accessories.
• Refunds: Refunds will be issued within 14 days of receiving the returned product. Subscription fees are non-refundable, except during the free trial period or as required by law.
